I have no problem with a single parent; things happen in life that are beyond our control. One parent dies, a spouse turns abusive, etc. The problem in this situation is the conception was deliberate, the child was knowingly placed into an inferior family situation.

If you support this situation, I can then assume that you support gay marriage, the ability of homosexuals to adopt children, and feel a father is an unnecessary and frivolous member of the family. This is a very slipperly slope indeed.
