This in no way means they will produce a working machine or that their findings will be of any practical value except to the gullible. Careful reading of their website reveals that they do not make any firm promises of realising the practical goal of a perpetual motion machine. Nor do they explain anywhere anything of a technical nature - just mention a few technical sounding phrases as these types tend to do.

If they have stumbled upon anything it is most likely to be an already known and applied phenomena, possibly misunderstood.
