They will do exactly what they claim they will do. They will make public all their research findings so that developers may develop applications for their technology. This in no way means they will produce a working machine or that their findings will be of any practical value except to the gullible. Careful reading of their website reveals that they do not make any firm promises of realising the practical goal of a perpetual motion machine. Nor do they explain anywhere anything of a technical nature - just mention a few technical sounding phrases as these types tend to do.
If they have stumbled upon anything it is most likely to be an already known and applied phenomena, possibly misunderstood.
There are some guys in Australia with their Lutec machine. They thought they had hit the jackpot because they simply didn't know how to correctly measure power consumed by rotating coils in magnetic fields (for the technical they were ignorant of back EMF). The problem was that once this had been pointed out to them they continued to seek investment from suckers.
