MattLarson already cited this development in the case in his post #43, Speedy...and see also the posts in reply. It appears that the boy is still in prison. Even if he gets out, ,aside from the lost time, as you rightly point out, the mud from the publicity will stick, for ever his name will be able to be searched and linked to the case, and it won't be that diffrent for him as if his name was on a register of sex offenders.
