I will repeat what I said earlier- these hurricane warnings should not be broadcast by a single source; every radio station should be putting these warnings out. There should be no one " official " source.

Yes, you need one
official source. The reason is so that everyone is on the same page, so that authorities can contact one station instead of twenty. All other stations monitor the official one and then put out the same information so one doesn't have to listen to the official one for updates. The reason this particular station was chosen as the official one was because of it's signal strength and the Dems are acting like spoiled children about it. They really need to get over it and do what's best for the community.
