Broward County voted 66% Democrat and 34% Republican in the 2004 election. Considering the plunge in popularity of current administration over the past few years I'd think the Limbaugh circus has also declined in popularity to a point where media advertising demographics are projecting more lost audience by merely running his show in a heavily democratic area than retention of the declining Limbaugh audience share is worth.
