What do you think of a hypothetical case based on constitutional law, where injunctive relief (in the form of a 9A individual power to request it) from the public sector and to deny and disparage any actions of the executive branch of the public sector that may interfere with the free exercise of the 1A right (and power) to redress of government?

In my opinion, this type scenario illustrates the concept of the theory of nullification of the powers of the federal interstate, from an individual perspective, but that can be applied at the state level; as a form of states' rights.

The theory of nullification could be used as a basis for enforcement of the 1st, 9th and 10th Amendments in the US, at the individual and state levels.
