Absolutely. Fanatical christians frighten me also. I consider them a threat to representative government and to modern human society in general. But I am relatively sure these christian zealots are few in number and exist on the fringes. I am not so sure about their fellow maniacs in the Islamic world. For now those Islamic religious fanatics seem to have a stronger grip on their society than their christian fanatic brethren. I think the fanatics on each side have more in common than either group does with normal people of either faith.
