Just like you should not assume that MEMRI would take such overt risks that would result in irrevocable damage to their credibility.
If the Translations are not accurate then surely someone in the Middle East would have noticed by now and made a big deal about it. But all they can say, just like you did, is that MEMRI is run by Jews so therefore it is biased. That's not good enough.
