Are you kidding me!? The Palestinians went into the Oslo Accords and waived all claims to 78% of their historical homeland of Palestine. They wanted the 22% of historical Palestine
(Gaza, West Bank, East Jerusalem) they currently inhabit.
But Israel was not happy with that! They wanted a chunk of the Palestinian 22% in addition to the 78% they already secured; the Palestinians made the largest concession and Israel still demanded more! Israel was certainly unwilling to accept a more than fair compromise.
