No you didn't. You gave me a general search topic, and basically told me to have at it. You gave no specifics on where you pulled your information from, specifically that Russian radars can pick up American stealth aircraft. That isn't how a debate works.

It still has to be able to get within 500 meters of a fast moving target. That is going to be extremely hard to do it that missile is using low frequency radar as targetting guidence.

Why though? That is redundant. We already have missile systems deployed that can deliver a nuke within that amount of time.
Besides, IIRC, we don't have nukes on the European continent anymore.
