Belief doesn't equal refutation ..their names are not in the public domain as say ruling that found the uses of names due to celebrity, self aggrandizement etc. are........to me it appears a huge stretch of the 1st amendment...and now you will tell me I suppose that their names being published in a hometown newspaper rises to such, I believe not....and in the end, I think it in horribly bad taste....
I view it as disrespectful, too. But we have to protect the most vile of free speech if we want all free speech to continue. The proper place for the law to protect the families in this case is in the civil courts. I hope the families have good attorneys.
Unfortunately, we can't legislate respect.
