When you're calculating deficit spending don't forget to add in SS trust raiding ($175B) and supplementary spending for Afghanistan/Iraq ($200B), all debt and bringing the operating deficit up to a proposed $575B. That's 4.3% of GDP and what is the forecast increase (growth) in GDP?
