One can argue which deaths should be counted in terms of an actual death toll. That is another story for another time.

Your suggestion would indicate a ten fold increase in casualties. While I know the situation is dire there. I just think that is not likely in my mind. To be honest it is quite sad that we even need to have a discussion on how many lives will be lost as a result of the conflict. It shouldnt have happened in the first place.
