Definitely yes. You didn't even put quotation marks on your quotation. If you choose to omit quotation marks on long quotations, it is proper to indent the passage as an alternative method of denoting the entirety of the quotation.
Your method demonstrated here is academically improper and inferior to the forum quote code in the context of forum discussions.
