English MPs can't currently vote on matters devolved to Scotland whilst Scottish MPs can vote on the same issues affecting England.
In light of this, it would be extremely hard for Salmond not to support an exclusive English parliament without seeming a tad hypocritical in his belief of a Scotland free of English influence.

Extremely hard? It would be idiotic. Unfortunately, the parliament at Westmonster is, allegedly the parliament of the UK/GB and as such legislates for the whole of the UK/GB, which is patently absurd. "Devolution" for Scotland, Wales and N.I. has had the effect of disenfranchising the English.
This is unconsionable - these placeholders (I prefer the term boot-lickers when I'm being polite) had no right to vote to impose something in England which has been discarded in their own country. Here I'm referring primarily to (allegedly) Labour MPs.
