Being born in America would not stop anyone from being fascist; however, it would almost invariably keep you from being anti-American. And anyone that knows their civics and history and that reads credible things instead of watching the brainwashing tube all the time would realize that, with the amount of greed in the world, fascism would be a terrible thing.
