I don't know. Perhaps because we have to go all the way back to Grover Cleveland before we can find a president who would be similar to Ron Paul. I think people are comfortable with the political decisions that have been made over the last hundred plus years. I don't necessarily agree with them, but I would imagine that plays a large part of it.
