That's too fucking funny...

You need to cite that section of the law.

Do it please.

This should be funny.

Oh, and by the way, spitting on someone is considered a physical assault.

But go ahead and cite that law anyway...

"Supposed to"?

Based on what?

Your own hysterical little fears?

This is where it gets stupid.

If I don't have a gun on me, according to your special little brand of logic, it's okay to react. Now, here's the thing: if I do, and if it the confrontation escalates to the point where I "need" to draw my gun, I'd damn well better have it with me.

I don't believe you have the first fucking clue regarding what's required of those who carry weapons, what the law is regarding assaults, the concept of escalation of force, etc. You grasp none of it.

But I'm enjoying watching you belch up your silly bullshit.

"Yell at them".

That's the funniest fucking thing I've read all night...

If Someone spits on you or your daughter and then walks away, then it is not an ongoing assault. To hit a guy doing that (tempting as it is) would be revenge instead of self defense, and I cannot imagine that the American penalty code is different than the Danish one when it comes to that.

Matt and Eric have already told me that they wouldn't even respond if a stranger on the street abused them verbally, since doing that might escalate into a violent conflict. I brought out the spitting example since that would be even more provoking than someone abusing you verbally.
