nope , to someone who acts like pram when I stated the facts of the matter concerning the locale where I know exactly what the law says and how it is enforced that is my answer.
as a person who does try to uphold the law , my answer would be not to engage in any activity which will draw a response which would enable you to be made absolutely certain of the actual reading of the law in that area .
behavior such as spitting on persons is a physical assault in my jurisdiction.
if someone beats someones butt over it then we do not actively cite them ,
if the spitter pushed the issue they would come off the worse in the local courts
