That is law the in your area not in my locale .

local city / county ordnances state that making physical contact in a belligerent manner ... to include bodily fluids thrown or otherwise...
placed in contact with the target person ( this includes spitting ) is a physical attack and the person has every right to defend themselves.




when you grow up , and realize that if you instigate trouble you are responsible for it , and look into the laws of the place you happen to be in at the time because the law here is obviously NOT the law there , then you will know wisdom.
