A fair point.
But, the impression that I've gotten (correct me if I'm wrong) is that you're not willing to even consider the other side, regardless of what evidence they present.
Two examples of this are gender and sexuality. Gender is not a binary thing (male or female only), much as you want it to be. Biologically speaking, there are variations that don't fit into either category. And, with sexuality, Kinsey's research shows more of a spectrum from gay to hetero than a binary (or trinary with bisexuality) nature. Based on what I've read from you, you won't even accept these basic facts, much less explain how you'd legislate or treat these varying situations.
