There are not many blacks in Sweden, but i have encountered the same fenomenon here. I have worked for a government office and made decisions on workers' compensation. There was one black man whose case I tried and who did not get any compensation. It was a fairly strong case against his right to such compensation. Despite this, he stood in the foyer of the gov't agency and screamed at me that it must only have been because he was black that he did not get any compensation. I have never before or since been so blatantly accused of being a racist.
I try to treat everyone as individuals. What I do not like is people who victimize themselves, regardless of colour, creed, religion or anything else.
