We would have plenty of power today, if the Republicans had built a state-of-the-art, underground power grid connecting all fifty states and Canada and Mexico instead of invading Iraq.

With a modern energy grid, energy could be generated only in Canada, Mexico, or Alaska and be delivered to the rest of the US.
