Because someone has broken the law in the past does not mean they dont have respect for them at all. Also, in terms of his being here illegally...I dont think he had much choice in the matter. I'm sure there was a time when he became aware of his status. At that time, he should've done the right thing.
Unfortunately, he remained here illegally, and then assumed his dead cousin's identity.
Why should we trust him?
