Again this canard about "nobody can be turned away because of their inability to pay". That's emergency care. The hospital is required to keep you from dying. That's it. If you go in because you can't walk due to a deteriorated hip, "No insurance? F*ck off" Lump on your breast and you want a cancer screening? "No insurance, f*ck off." And even if you do get the emergency care, they hand you a bill on your way out. Can't pay? That's OK, we'll take half your paycheck for the next ten years or your house if you have one. The only thing guaranteed in the American Health care process is the insurance companies profits. But the insurance companies know that the American people are like a bunch of rubes eager to hand over their premiums, co-pays,and deductibles every month.
