The 15 million exiled Germans were, as you say, from the German provinces you mentioned. I simply said "Prussia" for short because I didn't want to take the time to look them up and their correct spellings.
Yes, I agree war is a very ugly thing. WWII could have been prevented thru diplomacy. Hitler practically begged the British to make reasonable agreements, but Churchill was in the pay of the jews who demanded Hitler be defeated at all costs including starting another world war. 65 million white gentiles were killed during the 2 world wars.
