have said why it's bad: It's the improper use of a firearm. If you fire the weapon, and you're not aiming at your target, what
are you aiming at? Where's that bullet going to go?
If I draw my weapon, and determine that I need to pull the trigger, I'm not aiming over someone's head, or off to one side or the other. I'm aiming for the middle of their chest: Double tap, center mass.
I would love to see something that says a "warning shot" is acceptable after drawing a firearm.
