Why don't we care (not us in this board, but our populations in general)? Why do we not experience democracy like they do in Venezuela or Bolivia?

I think one the the reasons we don't have overly vigorous democratic expression here and in Canada (and most other 'first world' nations) is because we are comfortable with our economic systems and enjoy very little government corruption compared to places like Bolivia and Venezuela. It seems that the more corrupt the government is, the more aggressive the populace when given a voice in an election. Personally, I see any defeat of Chavez as a victory for mankind.

On a side note, is it just me or does Chavez have a gigantic hydro head? WHAT A HUMUNGOUS FAT HEAD HE HAS!! I mean, DIOS MIO! LOOK AT IT!!! It's 'freak show' huge!!! Not to mention UGLY. This man is scary ugly. I really think he could give Al Franken(who is simply a hideous man) a run for the 'ugliest politician in the world' prize. We could have a contest? The winner gets a mask to wear in public.

I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

I think a good gift for the President would be a chocolate revolver. And since he's so busy, you'd probably have to run up to him real quick and hand it to him.
