Uh no. This is not a perpetual motion machine, sorry. Neither is it fusion, sorry. Neither is it alternative energy, sorry. Its just allot of electromagnetic radiation splitting the Hydogen from the Oxygen atoms in water, then burning off the hydrogen. It looks cool, but so does a kaleidoscope.
