Iran has the right to protect itself.
The situation is different, Germany at that time was in the bloodiest war in all history. For example, 50% of all Belorussians were exterminated by Germans during the war (that's only in Belorussia). You was providing 80% of all metal for the German weapons during all war. This metal was used to exterminate Belorussians, Russians and other nations. So you are responsible for that.

Amusing as usual. Far from reality, but amusing.
Should Sweden had not sold the ore, Germany would have invaded. Simple as that. Sweden was the main area from where Red Cross worked from and though they did trade with Germany, they also aided Allies with every chance they had. Sweden was well off after WW2, they had no destroyed areas, no forgein threat, apart from Soviet Union, no refugees to house and no debt.
In the sence of Nations survival, they fared well.
And if you are so keen on pointing misdeeds of others, take knees and beg forgivness from all the monstrous deeds the Soviets did.
All the people they raped, killed and starved. All the nations and kin they attempted to annihilate and destroy. All the Nations the occupied for decades and left in poor state.
Soviet Russia was and is one of the worst, so stop being so holy.
