Yes, I'd say 170 million black-on-white crimes in 30 years does seem to show that "blacks commit many crimes". And thanks for conceeding that "most of them can't be disputed". Actually none of them can. In fact, those are just the number of reported black-on-white crimes. Most go unreported.

Well now, that Australian journalist did entitle his expose: "Race War - Black Against White". As for what criminlogists call it, let's not forget who pays their salaries.
