What that picture shows is nothing more than Alex Linder being man-handled by two out of shape cops. Had he been maced, he'd have dropped that sign long before that photo was ever taken.
There's no evidence there that he had been, was getting, or was going to be, maced.
Furthermore, your word on the subject is hardly something one should believe...
