I'm just as disappointed in the rest of the world as I am Japan, as we allow Japan to get away with this ridiculous "scientific" approach, when everyone knows that science has nothing to do with why their fleet is out hunting whales. It's all about the high price whale meat fetches in Japanese restaurants. Come on people, let's exert some serious bloody pressure on this country and get them to stop this action!!

So what is more important to you, a tourists desire to see a whale or a hungry person being able to eat?
Or do you think there can be a reasonable balance in policy that protects both the food and tourism industries?
