well donkey bless your belief in such but I believe theres a Minnesota congressman running around out there, that had 4 duis, then killed a motorcyclist and spent not a day in jail....if you got the clout, its all up for grabs....

No, he should go through the process.....if I got a dui, my employer would not even learn about it, I don’t have any behavior clauses etc. that my HR folks can hold me too, and frankly its none of their biz. But he should know better, as hes in a postin where this can cast lnegative light on his employer.
