As soon as I heard of Giuliani's strategy of not campaigning in any State before Florida, I thought it was a foolish plan. The polls seem to prove me right.

Matt Larson's point about Florida having half the number of delegates is also a bad thing for Giuliani. Just half the number to get for his late start.
