Your problem is you can’t or won’t disseminate between the two. Private gun ownership is not essential to liberty. It may be viewed as a method of maintaining it to some but not to most of the world. That kind of talk is just romantic emotional pro gun rhetoric.

I said “some insular Americans”. At least quote me accurately when misconstruing what I say. That means I believe
a portion of the Americans who
are insular. I have no way of knowing exactly how many are but I would not expect that to be a majority therefore upon that basis alone I have no reason not to “like America very much.” I haven’t visited your country so I can’t make a judgement but I can’t see why I wouldn’t like it. As for the people I believe people are basically the same expect for some individuals the world over so I can’t see why I would not like them in general. Certainly the Americans I have met personally have all been nice people.

While there is much about military service I have no first hand experience with your notion that one must have served to be able to form a balanced opinion is flawed on many levels. However you seem to form your opinions from within the boundaries of your own bigoted and closed mind (Liberal foreigners). As I find little point engaging in abusing someone I do not know from across the other side of the world I will fall into line with your last request.
