0.05% of the population probably seems small until you're part of it. A friend got the wrong end of a child abuse case regarding a stepdaughter of a bitter ex-wife. It seemed a rather large travesty of justice when it involved someone I knew.
(not that I didn't appreciate your satire, I'm a big fan of that genre)
