but the gazans have not outlawed criticized nor condemned the use of civilian populations as protective barriers against israeli retaliation. in fact it is the policy of hamas to use civilians as suicide bombers, to use children as bomb transporters and human sandbags.

Civilians have the right to use themselves as shields to protect their homes; if people choose to use themselves as a shield to defend their lands against attack they have a right to do so...

so moony, at some point the frequency of use, ie the continuous and frequent use by hamas of it civilian population as participants in combat has a quality of evil that cannot be compared with the infrequent and publicly condemned israeli use.

I have no credible evidence that Hamas "frequently" uses "civilians" as human shields in combat situations.
Once again; people have a right to use their bodies to protect their homes and land. There is nothing in international law that I know of that forbids people from serving as voluntary human shields.
Now if Hamas actually took possession of them and forced them to act as human shields or outright ordered them to do so than we could scream warcrime.
