Once again; people have a right to use their bodies to protect their homes and land. There is nothing in international law that I know of that forbids people from serving as voluntary human shields.

okay then...so collateral damage should be no surprise....the attacks themselves are , in your eyes and in mine in some cases illegal or unnecessary……but in the end, if you stay in a home that was making bombs, harboring militants and its bulldozed or bombed…then?
As to that last blurb, hamas not that I am aware of as I have not attempted to google and look…nor am I tempted….as the link above alludes they certainly encourage them to stay.....of course they would never ever make them.....(sarcasm)...... As far as the brothers up north, we have the some of the same issues re: collateral damage, where in hezbollah uses civilian structures for arms caching, command and control and as fighting bunkers…so, all of the civilian causalities that occur or have occurred appear to me some what suspicious as in, why are they there..why is Hezbollah there? ( to defend their homes, then you know what happens) and why the civilians just hang around, in the face of an air and ground offensive…point? I think they are “encouraged” to stay my op. …but anyway that’s neither here nor there..…
as far as screaming war crime , I cannot envison you screaming about any crime/action that winds up in Israeli harm..period...
its all so nonsensical anyway...
