Hello everyone, I would start a thread for this question but since I just joined the rules say I cannot. So I guess this would be a good place to ask. On Obama's website it says:

"Expand the Military: We have learned from Iraq that our military needs more men and women in uniform to reduce the strain on our active force. Obama will increase the size of ground forces, adding 65,000 soldiers to the Army and 27,000 Marines."

I am very curious how he plans to add these 92,000 people to the armed forces? The only option I can think of is a draft. Does anyone know?
