That's pretty much the gist of their website, a recruitment drive with a political message more than anything else. Opposition to their views doesn't sound like part of the planned program. They're seeking donations but money is already in place for their travel. I'm not going to spend the money to determine how they're capitalized, but maybe someone with a subscription can take a look.
