Well... I guess the typical user just clicks the 2 or 3 application he uses on the desktop and is happy...
The amount of money safed from not having to pay the license should allow a service crew to take care of all the problems...
And if it turns out to be a great disapointment... they will swap back with making less of a news out of it...
I have no experience with Linux though... but eventhough User errors are unpredictable and happen no matter how little the person has to actually do with the PC, perhaps the cost benefit is big enough....
As long as you use the Computer only as a advanced typewriter...
Well... For many others, Microsoft will remain the only real deal, due to all the professional software products which are best available for MS OS`s....
