Well, that's the only fact that you've managed to state. Everything else has been hystrionics.
Yes, it's without question that if that molester had not had access to that girl, the chances of her molestation decreased.
However, what's not clear is that his immigration status has anything to do with his propensity to assault girls. It does, however, seem pretty clear that there are legal residents and citizens who are child molesters, so the question once again presents itself: "what's your point?"
