It's not the fault of the people who are dying. I don't care about telling off the world because they whine about Americans. The world is going to whine about Americans under any circumstances. That is going to happen no matter what we do or don't do because it is easy and fun. Who cares? This is too important.
The suffering of those people is dreadful and food and water and medicine will help. It won't be enough, but it will be
something.
