yes and the take away here is; they all promise the moon and don't deliver and I am not sure who said it, but congress has a large part to play in this.
As for Bill, he vetoed a house passed bill to drill in anwar, along with having the fed. gov. lock up tons of land. Some may say, hell that would only be tops, 2 million barrels a day. Well its all incremental; 2 million here 2 million there, 10 nuclear reactors here 10 there, and pretty soon you are talking real money.
