Didn't Obama just say last week he wouldn't talk to Hamas because they were a terrorist group? Yet Iran isn't a terrorist country?

I believe Harry Turman talked to Japan on the deck of the USS Missouri when they signed a full surrender of war defeated.

BTW. Unless I am wrong, Truman was not on the USS Missouri. Gen. MacArthur accepted the surrender
