The builders also have to ensure that the "Road Map" lives up to the provisions of the 4th Geneva Conventions or the "Road Map" will be illegal under Article 47 of said Conventions.
This means the colonialism has to stop, the wall has to be torn down and the Israeli's have to effectively end the Apartheid regime that exists within the Occupied Territories.
