Certainly in the US though. This is planned as a long term solution, or even a medium term one. This is in response to a crisis that is happening.
So if you dont mind. Give me a snap shot of your energy rates. We can go from there and youll maybe understand a little better.

Sorry for the quick reply. Last time I bought gas it was like $3.67 or something (didn't really pay attention). I haven't seen a utility bill in quite a while - wife handles all that.
