My sister needs about $ 22,000 for college next year after scholarships, Federal student loans, grants, etc. She has no established credit. Will she be able to do this on her own? Our family’s income consists solely of disability income and I don't think that I will be returning to work anytime in the probable future. I filed insolvency in September 2006 and was discharged in January 2007. Am I qualified to co-sign?
