BDS is a term used to describe those who blame bush for all the problems in the world. It was invented as the only defense of bush idiocy because the fact is, bush is responsible for most of the worst ones.
However, if the shoe fits - then the term can be abused (as in this example) by bushaholics in denial of their lord and masters track record of repeated failure after failure after devastating failure, as if their right-wing id has consumed their right-wing ego.
